One Particular Harbour 387-101 is a 1,500 square foot condo with an open layout and a lanai that makes morning coffee feel unhurried. The gated community is two minutes over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf.
The condo sleeps five across two bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for full meals at home. High-speed WiFi included.
The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant — a Florida fish-house-style dining experience on the property. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are available for the stay. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.
Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

Overall everything was great. Check in process could’ve been made easier by communicating where we would find keys when office was closed. Loved the condo, guest bathroom needs a little more cleaning. Listing states water view but not a huge deal. Would definitely recommend

This was an awesome property. We were impressed. The decor and furnishings were elegant but simple, fitting in with the Margaritaville at OPH theme. The front unit was conveniently located across from the pool, which played Jimmy tunes during the u7yday. A plus for us Parrotheads.

Surprisingly amazing.
I expected this property to be pretty nice. It was more spacious and elevated than the pictures showed, very nice and super convenient to great restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The pool was also really conveniently located. Awesome week!

This VRBO was simply amazing. The location was great. Easy access! Pool, splash pad and park was great for the little one and for the adults as well. Grills were easy to use. The patio was so realxing with the full openness! Would love to stay again and will definitely tell family and friends!!

Nice unit on the first floor. We’ll appointed.
Very nice unit. Have stayed on fourth floor on other stays at this condo complex. Comparatively the first floor units don’t have much of a view but we knew this when we booked so not a complaint. Other rental units have a keypad and code provided by email for entry. I prefer this since it avoids 2 trips out to the Holmes Beach office to pick up and return the key fob. I’d respectfully suggest giving the gate keeper the guests name for initial gate entry. With heavy traffic over the bridge pickup and return of the fob can take quite a bit of time on arrival and departure.

Spring break 2023
The unit was clean, very spacious, tastefully decorated and met all of our needs for a week long stay. It was quick and easy to get to the closest beach from the unit. Our only issue was the pool heater was broken and was not fixed during the week long stay. Additionally, the listing does not mention the pool hours (dawn - dusk) which prohibited returning from the beach or dinner and going down to the pool with the kids for swimming. Knowing this ahead of time may have led us to book elsewhere.
Potential enhancement suggestion: We would have taken advantage of an upgrade for an additional cost to obtain access to the weight room, kayak launch, other pools etc for stays less than a month if allowed by the association.

Beautiful condo
Very spacious, pretty condo. Big bathrooms, plenty closet space. King sz bed a plus. Located on first level, above parking. Right across from pool which is a plus & minus. Developers should have designed bigger pool. Can get crowded with just a few kids. You will also hear the metal gate slam . Quiet at night.

Great Stay
Property is very well kept, clean, quiet and easy to access. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was open and plenty of cabinet space. Bathrooms were good in size and enjoyed the screened deck. Closet space was large as well.
