Wonderful place for friends and family vacation! Open space, newly renovated kitchen with a spacious island and living room give enough room for entertaining. Quiet corner lot with parking makes your privacy more comfortable. Full amenities include private laundry, TV, Wi-fi, new kitchen appliances, new fridge, new beds and new mattresses. Fully decorated, with beautiful paintings and rugs. Just 5 minutes drive to Anna Maria Island or you can use a free bus with a stop near the location!

We loved the place. Zoe and Nick provided everything we needed. Laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, ironing board and iron, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, blow dryer, board games, books, all dishes, pots/pans, and plenty of towels. The AC was perfectly set to keep the place nice and cool. It never turns off. We were in town for a wedding. If we ever need to come back, I would try to find this place again. Thank you, Nick and Zoe!!!

We absolutely adore this gem of a duplex. Spotless and tidy with all the creature comforts of home that someone could need on a beach get away! Every detail has been well thought out for their guests comfort and relaxation. Location is super convenient at just 5-6 minutes from the the gorgeous beaches of AMI Appreciated the security light over the parking space and the well lit house number on the entrance upon nightly arrivals/departures. Use of new beach chairs & canopy were a Big plus!This was our second stay at Zoe’s place and for sure we will be back! Two thumbs WAY up!

We would recommend this place to everyone. Close to beaches, shopping, and food (stores and restaurants). The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Because it included a washer and dryer, we went home with clean clothes too! If in the area, in the future, it would be first choice!

Mini vacation

Convenient to Bradenton Beach

Very nice rental!! Comfortable beds. Clean and cozy. About a 15 minute drive to the public beach area of Bradenton beach. Definitely a favorite for me. I plan to return!!

Wonderful rental!

Very happy with our stay! The place was very clean in a quiet neighborhood and right up the road from all the beaches. Plenty of pillows, blankets and my wife said they had the nice shampoo and conditioner lol

Nicely stocked

The location was nicely stocked, loved all the small touches like first aid kit, water in the fridge, q-tips, fan and blow dryer. Easy location to downtown, lots of grocery and restaurants nearby. Beds were comfy, quiet location, AC and TV worked. Only minor issue was the blinds did not fully cover the windows.

Perfect place for a family

This property was fantastic. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and there were beach supplies so we didn't have to rent anything at the beach. Thanks so much for a great place to stay! Bonus points for a cute orange kitty who welcomed us when we were outside.

Perfect Getaway

We had such a great experience staying at Zoe's vacation rental. Everything was as pictured and more! Perfect space for my family (my husband and I and our 2 kids). It was very clean and well kept. She had all the amenities you might need for the bathroom, extra towels, sheets, coffee. She even had beach chairs and a shade tent you could use. We had our own things so we didn'tuse. There was laundry with detergent and dryersheets. The house is not far from the beaches. We did have to deal with traffic. Checking in and out was so easy with the email she sends out. Great communication with the host! Definitely would stay there again. It had everything we needed to make our stay great. Comfy beds and quite neighborhood makem

We were very happy with this house and its thoughtful hosts. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely set up. The shower included shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There was laundry detergent and fabric softener for the washer and dryer. The location is close to the beaches, particularly our favorite, which is Coquina Beach. It’s also convenient to shopping: Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS are within a 10 minute drive. It’s also an ideal location for day trips to St. Pete or Sarasota or Venice. We’ve rented this lovely place for the same time next year! Many thanks to our hosts!

Just like everyone else has stated about this place

Our first time ever using a VRBO. The place was exactly as advertised close to shopping and beaches . The beaches at Coquina are open along with several others. The rooms are large, nice appliances also a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable as well as the furniture in the living area. About a 10 min drive to GT Brady park if you’re interested in Pickleball.We had a very nice stay and would recommend it to a friend.
