This beautifully landscaped 3 bedroom 2 bath home sits in a centralized location in Bradenton so you can enjoy a little bit of everything in one trip. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is under a 20-minute drive (9.6 miles) south. Downtown Sarasota and St Armand's Circle is about 25-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with casual dining and shopping. You will also find dining and entertainment options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Want to go to the beach? Anna Maria Island is just a 20 min drive away with public beaches that host free parking. Want to experience historic downtown? That is just a brief 8-minute drive where you can walk up and down the streets and experience all the wonderful stores and restaurants there. Coming for an IMG tournament? You can find the campus just a short 9 min drive away. Looking for a fun day trip? Tampa, St. Pete., and Sarasota are very close by for easy day trips.
Pulling up to the property, you will be greeted by lush tropical flora and well-maintained landscaping that will make you feel like you are in paradise. When entering the home you will be greeted by a cozy living room with plenty of seating, including 2 leather couches, and a large smart TV. From here you can walk straight through to another seating area that leads to the kitchen and dining rooms. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances for your use and also includes all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you would need to make all of your favorite meals from home. The dining room has a table that comfortably sits 8 and has plenty of natural light coming through the window behind it.
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom overlooks the pool and garden area. The room features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted television, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The other guest rooms are located towards the front of the house and include one queen bedroom and another bedroom with two XL (extra long) twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Office/Den - Full pullout sofa bed. This room also contains a desk if you need to do any work during your stay.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
