”The spa and pool was love, we realkt enjoyed it, but we had no kettle in our room we walked to reception and asked for one, I offered to collect it and take it back but they saud no a member of staff will bring it , we never received it, so couldn't have any drinks in our room, room was clean but dated , but on the whole we enjoyed it, breakfast was great”

”We arrive a little bit early but good news room was available.drove round the back of the building on your right was staff accommodation well what a sight that is Brocken window frames.windows that looked like they had never been cleaned , right eye sore. luckily we wear not staying in them .our room was just past them basic but showers looked new .coffee and tea and water in room . I have to wear a c -pap mask at night because I have sleep apnea. There is no plug socket any were near the beds...

”We chose this hotel because it advertised a swimming pool and thought it would be a nice treat for my son and me. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. At check-in, we were kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade, which we appreciated. Sadly, the upgraded room felt more like a downgrade. There was no toilet paper, no iron, the toilet roll holder was broken. Although reception brought toilet paper and an iron when requested, no one was able to repair the broken toilet...
