”We stayed for three nights. There was absolutely no service, no cleaning at all, and remnants of the previous guest’s trash were still in the room. My body broke out in severe hives from the very first night, which gradually worsened.
Considering the price we paid, the service was extremely poor.”

”I do not recommend this hotel. It is understaffed and unprepared for busy periods. Breakfast is poorly stocked with frequent waiting, towels “run out” during the day (??). One morning both Nespresso machines were “not working” and the only coffee was instant for breakfast. The gym and pool/sauna/steam room are good, but aside from this then it needs a lot of work.”
