”This is a fabulous, beautiful residence and hotel with gorgeous rooms, helpful staff and history built in. The house and grounds are immaculate, the food is really fit for a King! I felt so well looked after here. Mount Abu is a fascinating destination too.”

”When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you ”

”I will give the honest review about all The property is underdeveloping phase on the ground floor it means it is new but it will be perfect after few months the rooms are in underground but same as given in images neat and clean, rooms & washrooms, beds are well maintenend with comfort and also comfortable and friendly staff will help in every aspect perfect in these all aspects but there are some points that I have to highlight the location of hotel is little bit far from nakki as it is in...

”Hotel Rooms Clean & Staff was very Nice but Breakfast was not good we have suggestions to hotel Staff breakfast option in upgrade only 3 to 4 item in Breakfast not South Indian ,not a Bakery item”

”Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler. ”

”No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin. Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car. ”

”Staffs are very rude..specially at the front desk area. Very slow on service, they need more staffs at this property to reach service area properly. Food also not up to the mark..very disappointed. ”

”Stayed at the hotel for two days. Unfortunately, the overall experience was below expectations considering the price. The room was not properly clean, with dirt and stains on the walls at several places. There were also spider webs in many corners of the room, which was quite disappointing. The room lighting was very low, and the staff response was slow. Considering the room quality, cleanliness, and service, I don’t feel the property is worth the price being charged. The only highlight was...

”Pathetic hotel, rude hotel managers, room condition far away from photos put on hotels.com website. This hotel should be immediately de-listed from this website otherwise hotels.com quality cannot be trusted. ”

”Location wise best property”

”It wasn’t a good hotel at all. It says luxury boutique but it is neither Luxury nor boutique. Dirty towels and dirty floor of the room we were supposed to check into. I won’t recommend this at all.”

”the room is not the same which i book on seeing on the expedia site. the cost and the room provided to me 104 is not justifiable and i m disappointed with both the hotel and the booking site”

”The rooms are partially cleaned, there were bed bugs in the bed and blankets, blankets were smelling bad seems like never washed, no towels in the washrooms and no exhaust fans, electric wires hanging loose in the washrooms. We need to buy our own room freshener to keep the bad smell from rooms and washrooms. There is only 3 staff, one is the manager and 2 helpers. Location is the only plus point to stay here, very nice and kept neat and clean to sit outside but need to climb steep stairs so not...
