Brampton Hotellit

”Good food and drink at the pub that is separate from the accommodation. Slight problem on check in as they had given us a double room instead of a twin, despite sending an email prior to arrival requesting a twin. Staff shortages meant it was a while before the bed situation was sorted but we were in the bar by then so not really an issue. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her.”

”Mukava, siisti ja hyvin skandinaaviseen makuun sopiva hotelli. Kaikin puolin mukava!”

”Ideal for what we wanted. Breakfast was really good too.”

”Ok.”

”Very enjoyable stay, clean and spacious room. Lots of choices for breakfast. Handy for shopping near town centre. Definitely recommend this place.”

”Hotelli oli kelpo, hana kurlutti kun siihen laski vettä mutta ne on pieniä vikoja. Löytyi myös silitysrauta joka oli kovassa käytössä vkl aikana. ”

”I had liver and onions for evening meal. It was over cooked as the liver was crumbling as I ate it. The bed was uncomfortable ..mattress was cheap and the bed wobbled every time you moved keeping my wife awake as I moved in the night. Sue, manager was brilliant , very attentive and polite.”

”Everything was perfect Great breakfast Lovely hosts Wonderful room Amazing location”

We were not prepared of the function, but staff did attempt to get the noise reduced, and offered us a complimentary drink in the bar. This however meant we could not use our room, or get an early night. A pity, as otherwise good value and good food.”

”Nice quiet room with shower. Freshly decorated and overall an enjoyable stay. Food was excellent, as was the staff who were friendly and helpful. Thank you.”

”No hot hot water in the morning for a shower”

”The duvet cover was not fresh, I called the dedicated telephone line at 19.26 to request a fresh duvet cover or at least a bed sheet to cover it, an hour and a half later after a series of phone calls back and forward I was told that nothing can be done. The property is unsupervised and there's no way to contact management in the evening and a telephone assistant is not based in the UK. The room is tired, the classes in the bathroom are not clean, bedding needs to be undated, a door stopper is...

”Staff were friendly who we saw. Very limited parking even street parking is limited due to permits needed. No breakfast even though it stated breakfast. Rooms could do with an update. Bar area is nice to have a drink and can imagine in the summer would be a great place ”
