”Pros
The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby.
Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell...

”This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. No room housekeeping. 1 day out of 7. Had to go down to get clean towels because no one ever brought them to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not the normal at other Hampton Inns. I DID NOT GET HILTON POINTS FOR THIS STAY FROM HILTON. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE INTERESTED GO TO THE HILTON GARDEN INN NEXT DOOR!”

The only thing that I did not like was that the ICE machine on the FIRST (1) floor was not repaired or replaced. The second (2) floor ICE machine did not work either. ”Our room was okay. However, the shower gel was empty. Couldn’t even get a squirt out of it. Maid service was only every three days, which was fine but on the third day, all they did was empty the trash and put fresh towels in the room. Didn’t make the bed, shower gel wasn’t filled.
The “free” breakfast was a joke.”
