”I booked this room because I’m currently on a weight loss journey, and my entire body was sore. I specifically wanted to use the hot tub for healing and rejuvenation purposes, only to find out that it closes at 9 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive until 9, so I was unable to use it. Since the hot tub was the main reason I reserved the room in the first place, I feel I’m entitled to some type of refund or compensation due to not being able to access the amenity that influenced my booking...

”The service as far as asking questions, they didn't want to be bothered since we reserved under a third party. The bed in the room was as hard as a rock. The noise level was horrible. People above were loud and obnoxious. Was not real happy and didn't get much rest while traveling out the next morning. Was not a pleasant stay.”

”Great property, friendly staff, convenient location just off I-20. This is our 4th stay at this property. Recently renovated (as of 05/2026). Property management MUST walk around with a punch list. Not super important to our stay, but the brand new faucet in our room was leaking (poor installation). Took a while to locate our room because the number fell from the wall, the lobby elevator buttons were pushed through the sheetrock, limited parking since the back side of the property was...

”I normally love this location. However, time spent here was different. There was a hole in the shower, the exhaust fan did not work, the elevator floor had spilled food someone wasted the evening before and even though I told the front desk. It remained there the next morning. Not to mention children running in the hallways early in the mornings. Other than that, the location is amazing and the staff are pleasant.”
