”Clean room, excellent staffs with their warm behavior, good service. Offered free coffee/ hot drinks/water at the lobby. Nice, cozy courtyard to spend time with kids and family. The only thing was the ac had a loud fan sound, which was little disturbing throughout the night.”

”Service here is horrible. We were a group of 8 and stayed in two rooms. We got 2 Towels in one room and 1 towel in second room. I went to request for more towels and they were unable to help us for the first two nights. They gave one more towel for each room on the third morning. They did not clean the room for 2 days. I will never ever book this hotel again and do not recommend it.”

”This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! Note: If you book third party, it is best to contact the hotel staff in advance for arrival instructions. I learned that...

”Weird check in. Employee kept running away, literally, to check on rooms. People loud in pool until almost midnight. Freeway noise. Not great.”

”Favorite were Sunny. Heather and Alex They were remodeling and only inconvenience was getting new tv to get reconnected and easily done over phone… Hot water needed a little regulating but didn’t interfere with having a good shower just dialed to cold and it was warm and felt good pressure… Pool area clean and even had a barbeque you could use very clean.”

”Resort like feel. Very clean rooms and public areas. Family friendly. Would definitely stay here again. We were traveling without kids. So the amount of noise was a bit much around the pool and up and down the halls. But still was a nice stay.”

”Staff was excellent, the room was clean. My only issues were the noise from the freeway and the smell. The hallway smelled like a wet dog and in the morning it smelled like coffee and food (not in a good way). Mind you I was on the 3rd floor and it smelled like coffee. I did love how they had dove products including hand soap. Also be mindful of area, it’s next to some warehouse, motel 6, and pretty much nothing else, lots of trailer trucks are parked there. Didn’t feel like safest area.”

”The onsite bar and restaurant were wonderful. We had the fish and chips and a French dip. Both were delicious. We really appreciated a drink after a long day on the road. We had a dog friendly room and it faced the freeway. It was quite noisy but to get a different room was an additional $30. They required a $50 incidental hold and when I asked about getting it back when we checked out they told us there was a charge of $40 for our dog so we only got $10 back.”

”The hotel was very centrally located. It was very clean, with plenty of parking and a nice indoor pool. The breakfast room was also very clean and offered a good variety of items to eat. However, it would be nice if the breakfast hours were extended until 10:30 A.M. If I had to give a recommendation, it would be to put a sign above the brochure stand stating that reservations are required to visit Burney Falls. Overall, the highlight of our stay was their friendly staff.”
