”Great hotel! BUT- we were supposed to be offered a discount related to visiting Marist Grove, but were told by a reservation specialist that it wasn’t possible. But the friendly desk staff told us it should have made available. So that’s the only negative. ”

”The pool was “under construction “. No mention of this in any of the online sites or Marriott reservations. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool as it was a gift to my grandchildren. The fact that it was marketed as an amenity then not even available is unacceptable. Marriott knew the pool was not ready yet let people think they had a functioning pool. There were others in the area. We’ve used Suites to Home before with a lot of satisfaction. Now the Marriott owning so many...

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”The Inn was clean and rooms and bathrooms were up to date. Beddings were comfortable and cozy. The property itself was lovely. Our room had a small deck off the back overlooking pretty gardens. It was very peaceful. Also a shout out to Nancy who took care of all our needs and Willie who was immediately attentive to a small TV glitch in the room and had it righted in no time! Also breakfast was excellent so Kudos to the cook and all staff.”

”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning. Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....
