”This visit exceeded our expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was very nicely decorated with a beautiful view from our balcony. We chose breakfast the night before and was very tasty. Highly recommended.”

”The breakfast was awesome. We have seen a sofa in the picture that was not available in the room. The behavior of the staff at the counter while checking in needs improvement. Should be more welcoming, otherwise she was fine. The room was neat and clean, bathroom was very clean, nice. But my wife got a damp smell coming from the shower curtain and bed sheet. Otherwise everything was fine.”

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”I gave it 3 stars on staff because this is a hotel that operates essentially without staff. They email you a key code to get into your room, but there is no front desk and no visible staff on sight. I’m sure this is why their prices even while the rooms are nice.”

”The maze left dirty sheets on the bed and a comforter had blood on it and everything. It was just nasty and dirty the comforters and the sheets on the TV didn’t work not at all. We had to keep going downstairs telling them about the TV and everything but overall everything else was perfect and except for those two.”

”It is a nice hotel and very clean. The staff who clean do an excellent job. But if I’m honest I’ve had to work with Fairfield booking multiple times in the past and they always are making mistakes. They don’t book dates right, I have seen some be rude to customers, I have been mischarged at times. I have to use this hotel for local events but honestly wished I had betters options just because the front desk people. I have tried to work with sales by email and not get...

”Very average place. Pretty clean. Nobody on site to help with anything. No bed changes or extra towels. Hopefully that they actually washed the dishes that we used instead of relying on the people before us to wash them.”

”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning. Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....
