"The property was very dirty and run down; hallways, elevators. Room ac was very loud and didn’t cool consistently. Very loud people in next door room til 3am. Not sure what clientele was in the room. Our room had a very distinct smell the first night… clean enough but smelled like a car air freshener. ..."
