”Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was...

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations.
Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”
”very easy to get to, just off the highway. In a nice area along the river with an adjacent pathway for bike riding or jogging. Also surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had a nice view of the river. Plenty of free parking in the parking lot. It is adjacent to a seafood restaurant.”
