”Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. ”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”everything was great! good location by the river and restaurants around. very good buffet breakfast. our only caveat was i had booked a handicap room because it had a bathtub, we had traveled all day and i wanted to soak. However, there was a trick to get enough hot water, since they did not want to scald a handicap person,... i never did figure it out. hotel offered to send someone, but we were leaving next day.”

”Staff was great at the front desk, both the gentleman that checked me in and out, and the young lady working at night. My room was clean and comfortable. I also had the pool to myself, and it was clean and well-maintained. I’d stay here again! ”
