”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning.
Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....

”All staff were friendly and professional. But the room was a big disappointment, first and foremost due to cigarette smoke, which permeated everything, including the bed linens. The room should never have been made available to guests. The bathtub also didn't drain. And the door to every room is directly accessible to anyone from the parking lot, which wasn't ideal as the property is in what feels like a somewhat marginal neighborhood.”

”Very nice staff very clean room. Didn’t care for the location of room near contractors with their big trucks and bantering after work but I didn’t ask to be moved so that’s on me. Also tub was very slippery although it had grab bars that I hung onto but a mat would have helped and again I didn’t ask for one so that’s on me, I was away most the day. I would definitely book again and just communicate more”

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations.
Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”
