”The room itself was very clean. The ac unit was on the opposite side of the room from the bed so it was a bit warm at night. But the ac eventually caught up and kept the room cool. The staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary ones I’ve had this year. Hotel as a whole was humid and mosquitos were a nuisance. But overall good.”

”i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when...

”The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and were incredibly kind 💗 and helpful 🌟 to me and to my pet when we arrived late at night after a long day of travel.
The 2 room suite was spacious and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and good AC, black out curtains, good linens, and plenty of good sized towels and coffee, etc...
There were old, obviously indelible, permanent stains on the clean wall to wall carpets and on one 💺 in the bedroom, though the couches and everything...

”The room was great, but the Wi-Fi did not work.
It said it did not match with the name. My husband could log in for a while but it stopped working and he had to log in, write name and address aso. again and again. When you work, pay bills, book hotels and events through the phone/Ipad the Wi-Fi must work. We come from Europe and we are not used to such bad connections. The Wi-Fi is essential and the bad connections and complecated way to log in is the main reason why I give low points.

”Room smelt like smoke and mildew with dirty/damp carpet. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and only one towel. Exterior door to the building did not lock or have key access- so anyone could walk in. Staff informed me that they typically rent these rooms as weekly rentals to the unhoused community, which is a great service but hard when you’re a travelling family looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night. Pool was also closed.”

”Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. ”Very nice hotel. We were only there for one night, so hard to a lot about the entire property. Everything we experienced was top notch. Very comfortable bedding, nice shower and amenities within the room. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. You do pay a little extra for the breakfast, but it is worth it in my opinion.
I will stay again and highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.”
