”glad we were able to change our reservations and stay at this hotel. It is at Boulder Hotel, but they keep it as nice as possible and anything that’s broken is fixed to a level that is safe. ”

”What a delightful surprise. From the outside this hotel looks dated, not rundown, just dated as an old roadside inn, so it made us wonder if we had made a mistake. Far from it! The room was large and wonderfully modern with beautifully plastered walls, gleaming ceiling beans and wooded footstools at the foot of beds, which were perfect for our luggage while still allowing for ample walking space. ”Front desk staff was totally incompetent. They botched my paperwork and now I'm fighting off possible identity fraud, in addition to a miserable stay. I was also within inches of being assaulted by a homeless man, when I was on the interior sidewalk next to the building. (I was able to get away safely.)”

”Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly and seem to really care about the guests stay. Rooms could use a little refresh, but in general a safe hotel, clean room, and great rate. Can't beat it!”

”Most important to note is the lack of an elevator. There is a "lift" but it didn't seem to work and was terrifying. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean, but the place is quite run down. They are renovating though. The pool is basically in the lobby area creating a stifling humidity. ”

My husband could log in for a while but it stopped working and he had to log in, write name and address aso. again and again. When you work, pay bills, book hotels and events through the phone/Ipad the Wi-Fi must work. We come from Europe and we are not used to such bad connections. The Wi-Fi is essential and the bad connections and complecated way to log in is the main reason why I give low points. The...

”Continental breakfast wasn’t available at 7 on our first morning. Instead it was all set up at 7:30 when we had to leave for an appointment. “Fresh” was anything but and included brown bananas both mornings. Room condition: tv didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work and didn’t have a temperature dial. One serving of coffee in the room for 2 people was provided. No spare toilet paper roll. At check in, clerk behind desk was dressed sloppily, we weren’t informed that the room would only be cleaned...

”There were no towels in the bathroom and I had to go down to the front desk to get some. The shower head was too low on the wall that my boyfriend had to crouch down and the room was outdated. Everything worked though and it was somewhat quiet so overall it wasn't too bad.”
