”glad we were able to change our reservations and stay at this hotel. It is at Boulder Hotel, but they keep it as nice as possible and anything that’s broken is fixed to a level that is safe. ”

”Rooms were poorly cleaned, breakfast had bad fruits, one of the rooms had blood on carpet and walls room smelt of smoke! All three rooms we had doors didn't close properly!”

”The breakfast was fresh although they closed it off at 9am and we missed it the first night. Access to White Sands was perfect.”

”What a delightful surprise. From the outside this hotel looks dated, not rundown, just dated as an old roadside inn, so it made us wonder if we had made a mistake. Far from it! The room was large and wonderfully modern with beautifully plastered walls, gleaming ceiling beans and wooded footstools at the foot of beds, which were perfect for our luggage while still allowing for ample walking space. Bathroom were large and courtroom had all the amenities we would need. Bed was a little soft...

”Most important to note is the lack of an elevator. There is a "lift" but it didn't seem to work and was terrifying. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean, but the place is quite run down. They are renovating though. The pool is basically in the lobby area creating a stifling humidity. ”

The Left side of the Bed had a massive sunk in area, the right side was hard and had a lump in it. The Pillows were small flat and not supportive. Sleeping was miserable and hurt my back. The TV was small and the picture Blurry, the Channels Said HBO but it wasn't Available. All the Channels were analog which meant poor reception. The...

”We had a great stay at this Holiday Inn in las cruces. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety to start the day. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!”

”The toilet did not work properly; the shower had grab bars but not one to help getting into the shower/tub; the shower faucet was very hard to control and turn off.”

”Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly and seem to really care about the guests stay. Rooms could use a little refresh, but in general a safe hotel, clean room, and great rate. Can't beat it!”
