”The folks that rent the property are great to deal with.The home works for small kids that have a-lot of energy, as the grass lot would offer them a safe outdoor area.It also works for the fit and energetic folks that have a compass as the trek over the dunes to the ocean is demanding.It would also work for anyone needing a Place to come down from the fast pace of every day life.”

”We had a great time at our stay here. Freda was an excellent host and assisted us with home instructions and any questions we had during our stay. I will say that this space is best taken advantage of with big families or small friend groups. We were two adults with a baby and 3 dogs and still only managed to occupy one bedroom. ”Large piece of property in a clearing in the woods with native plants and trees. The owners live on the property and have a lovely and friendly dog. The 2 b.r., rental is very comfortable and warm and cozy. Everything you need is there and it is quiet.You are close to town and not far from Mendocino. Noyo Harbor has the best fresh fish.I highly recommend this place.”

”Quiet, private gated escape with all the necessities of home plus a shaded deck and hot “tube” tub. AC works great with well equipped kitchen. Surrounded by forested mountains and stately majestic oak trees in a lush green valley.”

”This is a lovely home, with lovely views close to hiking trails and beaches . During our week there, my little granddaughters were delighted to see, turkeys, deer, a cyote, and banana slugs. Talk about a perfect location.My only suggestions to making this beautiful home perfects would be to remove some of the throw pillows, "to many throw pillows". Some of them were very tired. Also both sofas on the main floor are broken down a bit. That's it. Would I stay again?Absolutely!!!!!!!”
