"Lovely place in the New Forest, easy to find but lives up to is name of "Retreat". Everything was really nice, bathroom was enormous with a large tub. Shower was blocked so avoided but didn't cause issues. When we did have an issue with the door it was sorted in person straightaway. Only marked down ..."

"We had a 2 night stay at The Laguna Hotel. Staff were really helpful. Rooms a little dated and floor boards creaked but overall it was good. A bonus is the swimming pool & Jacuzzi. Parking was good too, always a space if you went out."
