”A fantastic place to stay. A lovely welcome from the owners, who made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The room was lovely, bed was comfortable, food was perfect and our dog was able to join us without any extra charges which is really appreciated.”

”From check-in to check-out everything was lovely. The room was large & clean with 2 double beds. The hotel was modern,staff friendly & breakfast was excellent on both days. The location of the hotel was excellent & there was parking at £10 per day. We will definitely return to Lincoln,a great weekend.”

”A lovely stay. A beautiful building and immaculate cosy room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was huge. A great view of the canal. Right in the centre of Newark and easy to access. Parking is allocated per room and validated via an app...building work was happening so my space wasn't signed, but the builders were really helpful. The outside was in need of a bit of a tidy up, but it is Autumn. ”

”I had a good stay at the Castle Hotel. Lovely little hotel, super comfy bed and gorgeous bed linen. The room was spotless and generous tea and coffee making facilities. Nice bathroom products. No A/C as it's a beautiful old building, but that was fine as was able to open windows and control the radiator. I didn't have a cooked breakfast but buffet options were fine and the other guests seemed to be enjoying their cooked food. I will stay again, thank you.”
