”The room was okay. Staff at front needs to learn how to provide proper directions. Did not eat breakfast or use bar. I left 300 am in the morning. Hotel could use some updating. No USB access to charge phone in room only if you have a plug in box. They can change the lamps and use lamps that have USB port. The bed was comfortable room 125 I must say.”

Clean, spacious, not 1970's painted over amenities, not $500 a night, in a great area, even the breakfast in the morning was quality and worth the time. I genuinely will start looking to book at a Hyatt Place whenever I travel now because this place was exactly what I wanted.”

The floor had carpet that needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom looked worn, and the king sized bed only had three (very small) pillows. We contacted the front desk and requested another pillow and was denied. We requested extra towels which also was denied. ”Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there.”
