”The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.”

”Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We...

”First night they let us in the pool area but didn’t know how to turn on the lights so we were left in the dark. Had to ask to get in the pool area any time we wanted to swim. No towels were available at the pool. Blind in our room wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t see out the window. Called to let front desk know about the blind. Was told they would get it fixed right away. It didn’t get fixed during our stay. The shower chair (in a handicap room) was put together backwards. Had to go to the main...

”This B&B deserves more that 5 stars! I wanted to take my granddaughter on a 2-day adventure before she heads off to college this August. When we pulled into the inn's drive, we noticed how lovely the manicured grounds were with its gorgeous flowers beds and gardens. This inn is huge and very comfortable. Our room was a suite with 2 beds and we were delighted that it had a TV, which can be rare in B&B's. The hostess was very friendly and made delicious breakfasts. My granddaughter loved the 2...

”Check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order and many delicious options. By far the favorite place I’ve ever stayed on vacation. Very conveniently located.”

”They were able to get me in a room early. That was nice but the room wasn't very clean. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so there was mold on the ceiling and around the tube. Pretty gross.”

”Was my pit stop before electric forest this year. The location next to a Bass pro shop a Walmart, and a beach town less then 10 mins away to hangout for sunset the night before the festival. Really helped me clear myself before the big weekend! Will defiantly be back. Also don't skip on the lighthouse, just go but at sunset!”
