”I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. ”Our family spent several days at this cottage and it was exactly what we needed. There was room for all of us, the place was spotless and the hot tub was a huge hit! ”Adorable, clean home close to many beaches! This was made for a great Lake Michigan beach vacation. The home was well stocked with everything you need and was very clean. It was well decorated and looked just like the photos. The only thing missing that was indicated in the listing details was the bbq grill, but we made do and cooked inside, no big deal. We loved our stay here and the hosts were great to work with. Highly recommended! ”
