”My sister and I needed an emergency last minute hotel and my phone was dying. One of the staff members let me borrow her charging cord and everyone was so kind and helpful.”

”it was christmas so they were understaffed, however the stay was just a good although the lounge was set up differently, it worked but definitely prefer the usual way. i’ve been stayed 6 nights the past two months, 3 different visits and this is by far my favorite staycation in Madison. just need spa amenities ”

”Our room was clean, appointed with fun artwork that you can tear off and take with you. Didn’t use many amenities as we were in and out. We opted to park ourselves and it’s a short walk to the garage, so on a cold night it might be best to take advantage of the valet. The bar area is nice but it was busy and understaffed so we waited quite a while to be acknowledged. Once we placed our order, drinks were made well, the bartender was very nice but a bit overwhelmed and it showed. ”

”Man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Clean room in a great location. Bar was open late. Parking in the Wilson St Garage was easier and cheaper than on site parking. Overall, a great stay and we'll be back ”
