Guests will have exclusive access to the entire retreat, including the indoor spaces, the private courtyard dedicated to the property, and the reserved parking area. Access to the house is simple and independent thanks to the Smart Lock key box. Check in instructions and the access code will be provided before arrival, allowing guests to enter comfortably and freely at their convenience. The outdoor courtyard is exclusively available to guests and can be used to relax, enjoy the panoramic view, and spend pleasant moments outdoors. To ensure privacy and safety, some outdoor areas beyond the courtyard are marked with chains and "No Access" signs. These areas are not part of the guest area and access beyond these limits is not permitted. Guests are free to use all areas of the house: the bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, private courtyard, and parking space. The property guarantees maximum privacy and independence, allowing guests to enjoy their stay in a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are available at the property and are charged based on the actual number of guests staying, at a cost of CHF 13.70 per guest. This method is an advantage for guests, as you only pay for the linen based on the number of people staying, rather than for all available sleeping places if they are not being used. We provide high quality professional Swiss linen, carefully washed and sanitized at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety throughout your stay, following Swiss quality standards. A baby cot with bedding and duvet is available upon request and for an additional charge. The extra cost is CHF 52.50 per stay. The tourist tax will be paid separately after the reservation has been confirmed.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the beds before departure, as a sign of cooperation with our cleaning service. Before check out, please make sure to turn off all lights and all electronic devices, such as the TV, appliances, and any other electrical equipment. Please ensure that all windows are properly closed and that all doors and access points are securely locked. Before leaving the property, please place the key back into the Smart Lock key box and make sure it is properly closed. Please remember to close the gate before your departure. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas, and we kindly ask you to use an ashtray and avoid leaving cigarette butts on the ground.
