You can park in one of 4 shared spaces at the house or use public street parking. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed. The accommodation is in a quiet mixed-use area on the hosts’ property, next to a warehouse.



Access to the main building is via a bridge without a railing. Next to the bridge is a pond about 1.6 m deep—parents with young children should keep this in mind.



Shops like Aldi, Rewe, Netto, and Penny, as well as various restaurants, are nearby. The A1 motorway (Brinkum exit) is 3 km away, Bremen is a 20-minute drive, and the Brinkum-Nord outlet center is 10 minutes away. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee during your stay. The hosts live on site, but not in the booked apartment.
