”My stay was extremely disappointing and far below basic hospitality standards. The room was dirty, the bedspread had visible stains, and the pillows were clearly not cleaned. The bathroom towels were filthy, and the toilet bowl had stains that made the space feel unhygienic. Even the AC unit had food particles stuck inside it. There was no safety lock on the door, which made the stay feel unsafe. The corridor smelled strongly of smoke, adding to the discomfort. For a two‑day stay, the price...

”It is a brand new very nice property and the breakfast was great. There is a Caribou Coffee next to it and a Casey's just a block away. Shopping is close too and if your car is a little older, your GPS may not find it!”

”It was a typical room. A little scum in the corner is the bathroom. We had to also get extra towels and wash clothes as they only had 2 in the room. The breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30. We went down around 8:45 and there were only a few items left. We waited and nothing ever got replenished.”

”Clean room”

”This hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, clean and modern. We were only here for one night and couldn’t spend much time exploring the area because we had to get on the road again the next day for a cross country camping trip. For anyone experiencing a longer stay or not in as much of a rush, the hotel is conveniently centered right beside Jordan Creek Town Center and a multitude of shops with anything you could possibly need or want for a camping trip nearby. There is even an REI nearby....

”It took 10 hours to fix our toilet after going down to the front desk multiple times to ask them to fix it and they continuously would not fix it.”

”Hotel is conveniently located close to I80 & I35. The staff was busy during check in but very attentive and friendly. Our room was quiet (with the exception of a lot of kids close by screaming) and clean. The pool area is deteriorating and needs maintenance desperately. Rotting wood, mismatched paint, knob missing to turn the jets on the hot tub. We did not have breakfast before heading home but the breakfast area was busy and looked as though there was a wide selection of choices available....
