”Room was clean and the breakfast was great!”

”The room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was nothing to brag about. I didn't like the fact that we were not notified of the $10 per night parking until we checked in. I would have assumed that the price of the room would cover that. There were two parking spaces marked "for check-in only", but they were blocked with cones, so we had to park in the parking garage to check in”

”The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible.”

”Plenty of parking spaces and our room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Be advised though there is no maid service for your room unless you stay longer than 3 days and you will need to ask front desk for clean towels or other needed items. When we checked in we weren't told this and finally went to front desk after 2 days of no clean towels and were told this policy. Also, due to several large groups staying there at same time as us they ran out of a lot of breakfast items like yogurt,...

”Breakfast had so much variety! Since being home, my phone was missing. I called the front desk, who got housecleaning to check my room. They both responded so quickly and kindly. Phone has been found.”

”Decided to give this a try on a whim due to price. Ended up rebooking for the next night because of how nice it was.”

”We felt like we were with family. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was great. The hot tub and pools make it so much more enjoyable. They offer a mini dinner from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, which I thought was a great asset, especially for families. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only issue was that the dryer was not working when I was there. Overall, I would stay there again.”

”Staff was pleasant. Room carpet was dirty. Needs replaced. Chair in room needs cleaned or replace. Breakfast at 9am. No eggs, no bread for toast, no coffee cups. Food counter was a mess. Was in a hurry and couldn't wait for food to be ready. Breakfast was to be part of what the room costed. Paid more for nothing. Also did not like the maid knocking on the door a 8am for housekeeping.”

”The carpet in hallway on level 2 needs to be cleaned or replaced it smells.”

”Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice but had an odd smell when entering. The hot water only lasted a couple of minutes at the most, then you got a cold shower.”

”We always stay here when visiting St Louis, very close to nearly everything especially Delmar St and Forrest Park, great views from top of Hotel and the bar on the top is really unique and amazing”

”Hotel is undergoing remodeling and our rooms were in the midst of it so wasn’t the best stay as the shower molding had some black spots and containers of soap, shampoo, etc ran out while there. Good location and friendly staff.”

”Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns...”
