The apartment is located on the first floor of a building that has a convenient elevator.
Inside the condominium courtyard there is also a reserved parking lot.

With 2 beds this studio is ideal for any type of traveler.

Whether you are in Brescia for fun, for work or for health needs here you will find comfort, convenience and privacy.

The apartment is located in a central area and perfectly connected to the whole city thanks to the train station and 2 different subway stops a few minutes walk away.


LIVING & NIGHT AREA
There is a large living room with a bed that is perfect for 2 people, along with sheets, blankets and a duvet.
In the room there is also a 4k Ultra HD Smart TV with fast WI-FI for every need with Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus and Tim-vision included.
The environment is very welcoming and bright.

BATHROOM
The bathroom offers a spacious shower cabin, hairdryer, mirror and complete sanitary ware.
In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find a Welcome Kit with free shampoo and shower gel offered by the house.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is complete, modern and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home: hob, refrigerator, oven, dishes and utensils. There is also a DeLonghi coffee machine with assorted capsules and teas to satisfy every taste.

SPACE AND COMFORT
There are various custom-made compartments to conveniently store your personal effects, including suitcases.
You will have space available and maximum comfort to make your stay perfect.

OUTDOOR SPACE
There is a small balcony overlooking the private parking lot.
You can arrive comfortably by car and park inside the condominium courtyard in the parking lot reserved for our guests.

Therefore, you will not have difficulty or stress in finding parking.

If you arrive by train, you will only need to walk 2 minutes from the station to reach the apartment.
The entrance is practical and easily accessible thanks to an elevator that allows access to anyone, ensuring comfortable access for all guests.
If you do not want to use the elevator, you will only need to go up a flight of stairs as the accommodation is on the first floor.

For any eventuality we are at your disposal and will be happy to assist you during the check-in phase.

A Concierge service is available (except at night) available on chat where you can ask any question, from how the air conditioning works, to the best restaurant in the area.

After booking, you will receive a link to register, enter the mandatory documents and pay the tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night.

Once you have completed the online check-in, you will receive information to access the apartment from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure.
