”Room was fine. Just thought a few areas were lacking. Pool use with the kids time not communicated well. Ordered out as if I knew what the times were. I just didn't get friendly vibes from certain staff there. Although there were some who were great. Paid to eat in the restaurant. Pricey and but food was nothing special. Breakfast buffet was ok. ”

”Pool was great, room was outdated. Few dirty marks on sink and dirty spoons.
Kept awake most of the night loud slamming of doors, screaming and also a clicking noise outside of our room. Didn’t sleep. ”

”Arrived 30 minutes before check-in and appreciated we were early.
We were told we couldn’t check in as there were others waiting but they would call us when we could and to wait in the bar which is at the reception area.
Others left the bar to check in and we were not called. Then people arrived and checked straight in. After this happened a couple of times, I asked if we could check in yet. We could! No apology for not calling us forward.
