”Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.”

”Pros: - Excellent size & layout. - Very pretty decor. - Good size balcony overlooking the marina while watching playful dolphins and manatees. - Awesome pool area well cared for with balanced, clear water. - Dolphin Tiki Hut grill & bar was fabulous...Reasonable prices with friendly wait-staff. - We will stay again, for sure. Cons: - No staff on-site. - Verification to check in needs to be done online which was a bit difficult. Called for help/guidance which was a call center...

”We stayed one night at Island Hotel of the Space Coast after our cruise and visited the Kennedy Space Center. Even though the building and the pool area are a bit outdated, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the room was quiet. The price included a continental breakfast. A good value-for-price for a short stay.”

”Ok for a one night stay. Not the biggest or the cleanest room out there. Kind of sketchy area, although close to the interstate. Stairs outside had carpet on them which was wet due to rain and as a result smelled. Ice machine next to my first floor room and would hear each time someone got ice.”

”Good location for the baseball tournament however, the property is poorly maintained with the floors, peeling up, cracked and duct taped. Lights not working properly with hair in bathroom and shower from previous guest. Hilton has known about the flooring and problems for a year and have not fixed it. This is not something new and it’s falsely advertised and extremely dishonest. Go somewhere else. Your welcome.”
