”Check in staff was not a people person and didn’t like when rooms were booked thru a third party. I booked 2 rooms and they were very far apart. Also booked ground accessible rooms because of walking disability and both rooms were at the very back of the area. Not very accessible. We would not stay there again. ”

”Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. ”

”Super clean for as run down as the property is. Broken and rusty lamps, some mold on the ceiling. Toilet ran all night and leaked...had to keep a towel around it. Bed was comfortable, and, as I said, the room was very clean. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.”

”Ok for a one night stay. Not the biggest or the cleanest room out there. Kind of sketchy area, although close to the interstate. Stairs outside had carpet on them which was wet due to rain and as a result smelled. Ice machine next to my first floor room and would hear each time someone got ice.”

”The front desk staff is excellent, attentive and friendly. The blonde middle-aged bartender is terrible - he did not want to deal with customers at all. We had to order at the machine and he obviously does not want to work there. Food in the lobby bistro was excellent (amazing brussels sprouts), but very bad at the Space Bar on the roof (do NOT get the Korean BBQ bowl or burger). Very cute touches for kids like the astronaut light projector in the rooms. Super close to the Space Center. Rooms...
