The Third bedroom affectionately referred to as the “Boat-Room” or “Captain’s Quarters” will delight any sea-faring guests as they sail into dreamland in a twin-over-full-size bunkbed with an attached twin trundle, wall mounted large screen Smart TV, individual air-conditioning unit for your comfort, with full bath in the attached accompanying private alcove.

Our rental includes freshly laundered sheets and towels for our guests so you can save time and space in your car and not worry about bringing your own linens. Our premium professional housekeeping service deep cleans the condo top to bottom and sterilizes all high touch surfaces after each guest so you can have total peace-of-mind.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of this coastal paradise and take advantage of the exceptional amenities provided by the Ocean Edge Resort, including pools, hot tubs, sports courts, Cape Cod’s only Nicklaus-designed golf course, lawn games, and many more (additional fees may apply). As Golf Club Membership owners, the highest Ocean Edge membership available, our guests are able to book tee times at the Ocean Edge Golf Course. An additional golf course, The Captains Golf Courses, is just 3.5 mi from Ocean Edge and is a popular public option featuring two 18-hole courses.

For outdoor enthusiasts, direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail awaits, perfect for exploring the region's scenic bike trails (note: One bike and helmet will be provided free of charge with the unit, and additional bikes can be rented from Ocean Edge for an additional fee). Along the way, discover the charm of Route 6A, where art galleries, cozy coffee shops, and local boutiques beckon you to explore their treasures.

• Saturday to Saturday rentals during the peak season of July and August.
3 night minimum stay during September - June.
• Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• NO SMOKING AND NO FIRES permitted anywhere on the premises.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• Ocean Edge Villages is a gated community with entrances from both Route 137 or Route 6A. Guards are on duty at entrances.

• This rental is a first floor unit.

SPONSORED GUEST PASS POLICIES:

Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is a private club with resort amenities on Cape Cod. As such, in order to enjoy the Club facilities, you must be sponsored by a Member of the Club. The credentials that have been issued identify you as a Sponsored Guest (unaccompanied guest) of a member. As the guest of a member, you have access to a variety of amenities and activities around the property. Guest cards must be kept with you at all times as they represent your identification as a guest of a member and serve as your access key for the Club.

The Sponsored Guest Cards that you have been provided are encoded with your name, local address and dates of stay that the member has previously submitted to Membership Services. Additional guest cards will not be issued without the expressed authorization of the member, and only guests with proper credentials will be permitted access to the Club amenities. Each guest must present a valid guest card for entry into the Club recreational amenities.

Sponsored Guest Passes include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide.

Please note the Membership Desk does not accept cash, and a credit card is required for payment of passes. Sponsored Guests DO NOT have charging privileges and must carry a form of payment for purchases made throughout the property.
