”The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...

”Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. ”From the communications with the host before the stay to the stay itself to check out, this was an amazing trip. We stayed here in the winter and the house was warm and cozy. The house is equipped with all a family needs for a restful and enjoyable stay- comfy beds, lots of games, etc. The power flickered during a snow storm (the whole town lost power for 2-3 minutes) and the boiler clicked off. The property manager was at the house in less than 10 minutes! James quickly set things right...
