”Host was excellent. Very quick and responsive if you needed anything. Beds were very comfortable. Close to beaches and stores. Very quiet neighborhood.”

”House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author. If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay.”

”This was our first time on the Cape, and we enjoyed our stay very much! The house was the perfect setup for our family - a couple with a baby, grandparents, and parents with tweens. Nice to have three full bathrooms, a large dining table, and spacious family room. House was tastefully decorated and the upgraded bathrooms were nice. Air conditioning worked well and was crucial on some hot days. Pool was clean and a treat for all, and we enjoyed the fire pit too. It was great to have beach gear...

”Great host. Convenient location for a visit to Chatham.”

”The cottage was fantastic. Being able to walk to the beach was great and we were so close to family and resturants for a family party. We were so fortunate that you do weekend rentals and it was open for my son's engagement weekend! We had an amazing weekend!”

”Excellent location and stay at the lucky 7 cottage. The communication with the host was outstanding, best I’ve experienced. We’ll definitely be back for another time at this location.”
