”We loved staying at this house for our October trip to the Cape. We were 2 families, each with 2 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of space for everyone (the unfinished basement was surprisingly perfect for the kids to hang out in!), and the location was lovely. Right by a trail to gorgeous Nickerson, and close to lots of food and beach options. The hosts were very kind and welcoming (they even included a very thoughtful welcome package with local goodies). Would definitely stay here again!!”

”We looooved staying here - we were here in the off season, but it was magical to be able to look out the windows and see the ocean! We went for many a lovely beach walk and really enjoyed the home. It was super clean and tidy, and the bed was comfy. We appreciated the roll of paper towels, dish soap/detergent and new sponge :) Overall a great experience, and we hope to be back!”

”Very good location. Close to beach, bike trail, and a great breakfast place called the Kitchen. The house was equipped and comfortable. I would imagine in the summertime if would be an ideal spot with the rail trail right there and close proximity to fun summer things. Really nice owners and great communication as needed.”

”The house was amazingly clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The house had everything you could possibly need. Very close to the Brewster beaches and 6A if you were traveling to other towns. The only thought I had though was that the checkout time is kind of early. 10 instead of 9 am would be a little nicer.”

”This house was perfect for our family! I loved the location, we used to stay in Brewster years ago, so this was in the right area. The house has all of the amenities you would need. We cooked at home a few nights and the dishes, pots, pans, grill were all perfect for our needs. The backyard was spacious - great for playing outside or just lounging around. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but easy enough to drop off with chairs and have someone walk back if there isn't parking...

Our only challenge was communication - before our stay we got lots of email, VRBO and text messages, but they all seemed to be coming from different people. It was impossible to know which info was correct.”

”All in all the place was as described. It was in a nice neighborhood. My family enjoyed their stay and we had plenty of room to celebrate. We wished we could have got in a little sooner and got out a little later, but we got ourselves up and out on time. Bathrooms could use some updating.”

”Exellent service, comfortable accommondation, marvelous beds - what else would you need for a good rest. Brewster is in the middle of everything in Cape Cod. The resort area is peaceful and full of opportunities for outdoor activities. We spend in resort the Chistmas week and only thing that we missed was christmas tree or decorations in the cabin... Minus: all residents did not wash themselves before using the pool :(”
