My group consisted of two couples, one 7-year-old, and one single adult, and the space worked perfectly for us. There is plenty of parking in the lot outside the main entrance to the building. We enjoyed the fireplace in the unit as well as the community hot tub, which is a short walk away in the next building over. The access to Giant Steps is fantastic, just a short walk across parking lots. Finally, the owner could not have been kinder and more accommodating. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The host was responsive. They made great use of a small-ish space with this condo. It was nice having two bathrooms since we had two teenage girls with us. My son enjoyed the video games in the upstairs loft area. The kids had fun with the provided sleds. Kids also made us of the jacuzzi and game room in the other building. The condo is on the third floor but that didn't bother us because the stairwell is indoors, so it was at least warm climbing the stairs. Plenty of parking available. We would definitely come back.

Great place! Just a 60 yards from the lift.Just need a little more cooking ingredients, and paper towels. Only had 1 roll for the 3 nights. There's no basic ingredients for cooking. Other than that place was great! Now I know to bring my own ingredients for the next stay!

Property was great for our trip

Throw back loft property with VHS tapes, Nintendo lots of games, board games, etc. Town is very small and this place is within 1 minute, 2 minutes, or 3 minutes from just about everything. Great for kids (probably avoid toddlers due to steep stairs). Avoid property if hauling luggage up 3 flights of stairs isn't doable. We easily walked over to the tubing park from the property. If I had to choose something to enhance, I would convert the lighting to LED to light the place up a bit.

Love this little gem!

This was our second stay here and our family of 6 loves it. This one bedroom plus loft (which sleeps 4) works perfectly for us as we prioritize location over luxury and gladly give up separate rooms for all the kids for cozy spaces filled with movie nights, games and laughter. Thank you for sharing this space!

Brian Head Condo Great Location

This condo was the perfect size for me and my 2 kids. You cannot beat the location, it's walking distance away from Giant Steps. There was a small miscommunication during check-in, but the owner resolved it immediately. TV's are in every room, which was really convenient for all of us. Two bathrooms was also a really big help after a day on the slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location... ok the stairs to 3rd floor not so fun.. However, main door right by top of stairs... nice place for a few friends ..well furnished ....great views.. would use this property again if available

Can’t wait to come back!

Our family had such a lovely stay at this perfectly located and outfitted cabin, we’ve already booked a return stay. While the loft style might not work for all families, it worked great for us! We all loved the games, old school style movie selection, cozy fireplace and memories made. Thank you to the host for sharing your space!

Homey and in walking distance

We stayed at this property over Christmas. There was a tree and stockings up that helped us to feel at home. We didn't have wi-fi instructions in the check in binder. We contacted the host and they responded with the instructions. Plenty of room for our snow gear. My boys loved trying out the old nintendo system. Lots of VHS movies that brought me back to my childhood. Modern tv with Netflix, prime, etc also available. Kitchen was stocked with cooking prep items, serving items, and plates, cups, bowls, etc. Bring a pizza cutter. Comfy beds. Master has a memory foam type mattress. Although my back does not like that, others may. When it was too cold to be outside we had enough tvs to watch movies in different locations. Kitchen table was also a good size for games and puzzles. Property is in walking distance to Giant Steps and the shops, restaurants, and ice rink near there. Also walking distance to Bristlecone Park for sledding. We enjoyed this property and would love to stay again.
