In the winter, enjoy ultra-easy access to the lifts for skiing or snowboarding, or explore the trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. When the snow melts, Brian Head turns into an outdoor playground with mountain biking, hiking, scenic lift rides, and water activities like fishing, kayaking, and rafting. The nearby village offers a variety of festivals, dining, and entertainment options.

After a day of adventure, return to the condo`s family-friendly atmosphere. Unwind by the wood-burning fireplace on cold nights, or relax on the balcony during warmer months. With cable TV, free WiFi, and a gas grill, everything you need is right at your fingertips. Plus, the HOA provides access to a community hot tub for some extra relaxation.

- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No pets allowed - the violation costs a fee of $500
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 6 guests
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- Don`t bring skis/snowboards in the unit.
-DO NOT CARVE ON THE TREES!!!

Parking Instructions:

-You have access to 1 designated underground garage parking spot during your stay.
-All other vehicles must be parked in the visitor lot located outside.

Please ensure you park accordingly to avoid any issues.
