”I have been to the lodge many times over the years and have discovered that things are starting to change, no room on the dining area (over crowded), toilets are very loud and the heating cooler units have taken on their noise throughout the night and can be heard on the floors. Time for some upgrades. The lodge is a great place to stay for the area but there are limitations.”

”This property was cute and has a lot of potential, but need some TLC and needs to be cleaned. There was a used soap bar in the shower and the floors were dirty with hair and other stuff. Our room didn’t have toilet paper or non-used soap, but luckily when we told the staff, they responded quickly. The area is very walkable, but I recommend arriving before 6pm or you will be left with food options of either a very small grocery or paying $16 for a burger. Overall, I would come back to this place...

”Our stay was good, that being said. It’s listed as being secluded and private. It’s far from private and only secluded because of the location. The need to list that the hot tub is not private and it is not next to the house.. it’s across the muddy pine needle filed parking area and down a muddy trail. The hot tub is a great feature, but if your looking for seclusion and privacy.. this may not be the place for you. The house has a spa bathtub, that would be great if the neighbors construction...
