We saw a mouse in our room twoce and when I approached the hotel on it i was told it was normal for this time of year and to start worrying when i see one of the big rats. The rooms phone didnt work. The plug sparked at me when i plugged in my phone. My mother in laws room had a hole in the ceiling and mold around the hole. We found mold in all 3 of the...

”Overpriced. The room was the size of a bedroom. The toilet was partially under the sink. Hidden charges. They charged a security fee and a property fee. We left early and asked for a refund and was told yes. There was no refund so i called. I was told they could not give a refund to call Expedia...i was not told that when we left.”

”Our stay was great. The rooms are clean and reflect the antique nature of the inn. It is warm and inviting. The inn keep is wonderful. Looking forward to following the renovations. ”

”My 14 year nephew, 8 year old son and myself decided to do a staycation at this hotel for the first time. When we first arrived we were greeted by a friendly front desk staffer. We needed a cot for extra guest and we offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with two beds. Our room was clean. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was fun. It was deep enough for adults as well as little ones. The hot tub was also nice. It was packed with people but we still had enough space to play. This...

”Overall a pretty poorly kept hotel. The room was technically clean but definitely worn down, holes in the carpet, chipped paint, etc. I walked out into the hallway at one point and there was water leaking from the ceiling in multiple places. The thermostat does not work so the rooms are saunas with no way to adjust. Front desk staff was polite but never around so if you need something be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for assistance. There are definitely better options around for...
