Inside, the home features a bright, open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including modern appliances, flowing into a cozy living room with a large sectional and TV. Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed, a sitting area with a wood stove for added warmth, and a small workspace. This property also has an auto generator so it will turn on within a min if the power goes out. The generator powers the whole house.

Heat Trak Snow/ice melting are located in the front entrance and on the deck leading to the hot tub. They are turned on and off via the two remotes of via the outlet. There is a blue light that indicates they are on, or they will feel warm to the touch. Please don`t leave anything on the heat trak when on if they shift just simply adjust them. Do not shovel or throw sand, rock or salt on them. They will melt snow or ice up to 2 inches an hour. Also please be mindful to turn them OFF when not in use, as they consume a lot of electricity. We appreciate your efforts to be energy-conscious during your stay. There also is an Alexa that you can simply ask her to turn them on and off along with your favorite music!

Hot tub user information and safely guidelines will be provided in your check in message and will be in the folder on the counter for you to refer to during your stay.
