Offering cosy accommodation for up to four guests, this delightful hideaway is ideally positioned along a peaceful no-through road in the idyllic village of Chideock. Home to the tranquil Chideock Manor Gardens and a couple of friendly traditional pubs, the village lies in a beautiful part of the Dorset countryside, just a mile from the coast. The nearest beach is at Seatown (1 mile), with both Golden Cap and Thorncombe Beacon within 3 miles. To the east, the picturesque coastal market town of Bridport (2.5 miles) has a wealth of great places to eat and drink and is known for its thriving antiques trade. Heading west, you can enjoy a day in the popular seaside resort of Charmouth (5 miles), known for its fossil-finding heritage. Lyme Regis is also within easy reach (7.5 miles), home to The Town Mill, Dinosaurland Fossil Museum and Langmoor and Lister Gardens.


Entering the cottage via the back door, you’ll find a boot room and WC, then head through to the light and stylishly arranged kitchen, fully equipped and thoughtfully organised, perfect for preparing all your favourite dishes. A couple of steps lead down into the charming and cosy dining room where you can get together to chat about the day. Exploring this fresh and spacious cottage further, you will find a peaceful lounge with a Smart TV, plush seating and a wood burner set in a attractive stone hearth. Stairs lead up from the dining room to the first-floor landing; up here is a refreshing shower room and the cheery twin bedroom. Please note a step leads down into this room. A staircase leads up and directly into the welcoming and atmospheric king-size bedroom which has a handy seating area.


Heading outside, a small unenclosed seating area makes a pleasant spot for a morning coffee. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
