"The communal areas were very nice with a good bar (though personally it wcould have benefited from a craft beer or 2 rather than lagers and traditional ales. The room was a little dated and the bed a bit too firm for me but in the grand scheme these are relatively minor points to an overall good ..."

"Chose The Feathers because of its town centre position and its glorious historic architecture. Lovely helpful staff! The room was spacious and just right, toiletries and dressing gowns were good. Housekeeping was very slightly off but didn’t affect our enjoyment."

"Lovely comfortable cottage. Well equipped and very central to local shops. I walked to Long Mynd from the cottage. Wouldnt hesitate to return here at some point in the future. Owners were very responsive to messages"
