Food 1 p. Very little choises, more like school cafeteria or office building restaurant. Open air restaurant had a lot of agressive birds as nets were full of holes. Need more "bird officers" = cats.

Service 2 p. Most of stuff young kids, need more supervision

”Worst things first. Money was stolen from our room. I was too much on a holiday mood and accidentally left open the safe for one day. When we returned, there was money missing. Also you should no that the tidiness and the luxury is not as top notch as you would expect of the pictures. So some issues with the cleaning, little things like coffee mugs were somewhat rinsed under running water, not cleaned or changed. ”Very friendly staff, and always willing to help. Beautiful enviroment with pools, flowers and green everywhere. Beach short walking distance away and always beachchairs available. Many restaurants to choose from (for breakfast too).

”This hotel is located in the heart of everything. We practically walked to Restaurants, Museums, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The island is very safe. We felt so safe that we took public transportation to the beach and the aquarium. Our floor had a Starbucks and a man made beach with a bar/restaurant. You had to be there to understand. Amazing! ”Everything was perfect about this trip. Clean room, friendly and kind staff, nice big pool! Rooms had AC. I went with my parents and u fortunately I had to sleep on a cot, there wasn’t a twin bed which sucked. Only negative is that there weren’t any excursions or activities to do at the resort (paddle boarding, jet ski, etc) only kayaking and snorkeling. The resort didn’t have many activities to participate in.”
