Hyvää: Siisteys ja majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
Location and property were what we were looking for, room was nice and cleaned daily.
We had a wait to get checked in as reception was not staffed when we arrived (5pm on a Friday). Later the same day we wanted something from the bar, again no staff. I had to ask the gentleman at reception to come over to help which he promptly did.
As we were checking out there was a young lady at the desk, however she didn’t look up from the computer, didn’t enquire if we enjoyed the stay or required anything else before we left.
Last point I would make is that there is no elevator within the building. My wife has a little trouble with mobility and two flights of stairs was challenging for her. If this information was more clearly mentioned I would have requested a room on the ground floor.
However it is a nice place to stay, just a few tiny issues with minor problems.
