”Communication with Sarah excellent,quick response to questions.We paid for parking which was 2 streets away.Secure gated which was great.Got our keys from lockbox, easy. The appartment was spacious and airy.Lovely views of The Pavillion Gardens.The kitchen was well equiped, everything we needed.The bed was very comfy, hairdryer,iron in wardrobe.Nice sofa and tv good.Shower good. Location was fantastic,just off North Street and opposite the Lanes.Very pleasant 3 night stay, would recommend ”

"Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
