”What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space.
Linda was quick to contact me as soon as the booking went through, requesting my preferences for milk and bread - so thoughtful.

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast.
The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning.
At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff.
There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room.
Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

”One of the staff with the name of Lily I guess informed us that they would charge for the 2 water bottles which is so annoying as this is supposed to be a five star property and we were there for 4 nights! Water should be provided at the least to the guests I feel.
Otherwise the rest of the staff was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. ”
