”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room. Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

Communication from the host was spot on and access into the apartment was so practical and straightforward. ”Well equiped studio flat in a convenient location. Could be cleaner, and the shower was a little tame. A few small improvements like a curtain/blind for the doors window and instructions for using the projector would have made the stay better. Having said that I’d consider staying again.”

We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
