”I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby places.
The service from the staff was professional and they were always ready to help when needed. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and recommend it to travelers looking...

”Bedbug infestation caused us to leave at 11:00pm with nowhere to go. Expedia did not offer to help find an alternate. Still waiting for the promised refund, but we ended up abandoning our visit to see our daughter and drive home in the early hours. Absolutely shocking.”

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”Great location but quite noisy. We stayed on a weekend and as the clubs and pubs emptied out there was a lot of shouting and singing from the street so just be aware of that. Room was comfortable and clean but a little underwhelming for the price. Staircase up to room is very narrow so quite difficult to negotiate with luggage. Would not recommend for a person who is not too mobile.”

”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room.
Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

”Well equiped studio flat in a convenient location. Could be cleaner, and the shower was a little tame. A few small improvements like a curtain/blind for the doors window and instructions for using the projector would have made the stay better. Having said that I’d consider staying again.”

”Perfectly placed. Both quiet and central. Near to both beach and restaurants. Room large and clean. We were there to run the Brighton half marathon and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful for us with the early start and even provided protein bars and snacks for us. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for any occasion 100%. Bar area had a lovely atmosphere to sit and play games. All the amenities that we needed were here and more and didn’t cost any more than...
