”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”We had a fantastic stay at Central Wave. From the moment I arrived, the check in process was well explained and organised, and the communication from the team was clear and helpful throughout.
The property despite being a Victorian building is clean and well maintained with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.
The location is also a big plus. Very convenient for getting around...

”lovely, hotel and excellent team, well placed in the Lanes. very pleasant place to stay. i stayed in a superior room facing on the access and was at times noisy, late night revellers, bin-glass collection at 5.30am - so not the best of sleep. i mentioned it politely, to be informed :-s that they try to accommodate long term guests in rooms tucked at the back of the hotel - if you stay here make sure to request a non-street, quiet room.”
