”Sijainti aivan loistava siitä pisteet. Televisio ei toiminut ja vessan hana meni rikki viimeisenä iltana. Siisteystaso hyvä, huone jokseenkin päivityksen tarpeessa esim. likainen lamppu. Sänky pieni parisänky tuplapeitolla mistä miinuspisteitä. Palvelu paikanpäällä hyvää, mutta kotimaasta heidän tavoittaminen puhelimitse oli todella vaikeaa ja hidasta.”

”Overall it’s a good place to stay and an ex location. I had hoped to be able to check k in earlier although they did offer me an alternative solution which was absolutely fine. ”

”Nice little guest house in great location. Near the bus station and only a 25 min walk to the railway station. Friendly service and good breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was not very good otherwise the room was fine. Unfortunately some customers cannot behave properly. We were woken up twice during the night when a woman was shouting and banging the door near our room.”

”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room. Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

”Cute and cosy hotel. Great location to access the beach and a nearby music venue. Short walk to the pier. Wish I could have seen the exterior of the townhouse turned hotel, but it was under construction and covered in scaffolding. ”

”Basic guest house that was clean and overall good value. You can hear other guests, the plumbing is noisy and the thin curtains meant I woke up as soon as it was light.”

”Fantastic location & price, however no air con so studio was either very warm, or had to have the ceiling fan on with noise/pushing round warm air. Had an email from hotel to say they have discounted parking at nearby NCP, but was told no longer available ”

”Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier...
