”The property was just as described. Everything was very clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but within a few hours of informing management, it was fixed and working fine. Our dogs loved the yard and everyone loved being able to pick their own room. We would definitely like to rent this house again. ”

”Lack of resources such as toilet paper trash bags dish detergent etc. No batteries for the smoke detector or thermostat. And a broken baseboard when you walk in the front door”

”Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. We were finally able to enter after 20 tense minutes. The backyard has an above ground pool which was fine—we knew about it. BUT there’s something wrong...
