Memphis Meadows - Collierville Home - privacy with great views

Built in January 2021 with exceptional privacy and views. Three (3) stories with garage/laundry room on first floor, residential living on 2nd and 3rd floors. Jacuzzi J-465 5 seater hot tub dedicated for guests on lower covered porch. Whole home generator installed in 2025.
Large outdoor porch with grilling located on 2nd floor provides nice views of wildlife around private pond, meadows, and woods. Located in Collierville (Tennessee) by a state park called Herb Parsons lake known for hiking, mountain biking trails, and fishing. Guests can take walks on Lakeview drive that circles the private portion of Herb Parsons Lake. The Wolf river is close by with options to go canoeing, kayaking, etc. Uber Eats is available for drop-off at this location.

Interstate I-40 is 15 minutes while I-269/I-385 is 8 minutes. Spring Creek Ranch (country club) is less than 5 minutes. Restaurants and shopping in the Collierville/Germantown area is 15 minutes (Carriage Crossing). Elvis Presley Graceland is 43 minutes. The Mississippi River, FedEx Forum, downtown Memphis, and Tunica Casinos are within 50 minutes travel.

Excellent rental. Place was spotless, Kitchen well stocked. Easy check in and out. Very quiet and private. And the hot tub is outstanding. Highly recommended and if I need a place near Memphis again, absolutely checking to see if this place is available.

We continue to return here while we visit family in the area. As usual everything was wonderful! Very clean, kitchen is small but very well stocked and perfect size for our needs. Plenty of towels, washcloths and blankets. We will be back!

The rental was amazing, spacious for what I was looking for, and overall very well furnished. The stay was for my niece's wedding where myself and my folks (grandparents to the bride 78 and 81) couldn't have been more happy with how nice and comfortable the rental was. Although there were many steps, my mother with 2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement felt the stairs were wide and how nice the railing was to help here climb the steps. I'd recommend this beautiful place in the country to anyone traveling to the Memphis area. Will definitely be renting again when traveling to the Memphis (Collierville area) to visit my niece in the near future.

Enjoyed our short stay at Memphis Meadows!! This home is in a nice quiet area and the hosts are very responsive. The home is very clean and the owners have stocked it well. We would definitely stay there again.

Inaccurate listing, extremely rude hosts, invasion of privacy

I will 1st say I have never had a bad experience with vrbo before. I have never been charged a double cleaning fee. We stay with vrbo quite often for work travel. This listing is inaccurate. No where do they mention that this property is in their backyard about 50 feet behind their house. The second “half bath” is below the unit and you must exit the house, go downstairs, and enter the garage to use it. The second bedroom is a loft with no doors. The host entered our property multiple times without warning. He was “checking on the hot tub” which he then drained during our stay. Albeit it was filled back up before nighttime, but it was odd. One of us was using the half bath down in the garage and he was coming in and out without announcing himself and we had no idea who he was. He came in the property multiple times. Since the hot tub and second toilet is located in the garage, this is apart of our “rental area” and he had no business entering without announcing or sending a message letting us know he would be coming in. family played in the backyard with their dogs and fished in the pond for hours while we sat on the back patio and they continually looked up and watched us the entire time. Upon checkout, we took all trash out, washed all dishes, removed all linens and placed on the two beds, hosed down porch. cleaning fee was double due to a small bbq stain on comforter (no stain remover for me to use) and linens being on 2 beds not one. Host sent rude messages at checkout

Amazing Stay!

We loved this home! The location of this rental was amazing and secluded! It was everything that was advertised and more. The property manager was amazing very understanding and quick to reply to any concerns (we had bad weather). She was absolutely amazing! Definitely would rent again if we are in the area :)

peaceful home

we greatly enjoyed staying at this property. We were greeted upon arrival by Robert. So friendly and very hospitable. They offer fresh eggs from the chickens. I loved the rooster wake up call every morning :) Such a beautiful property. We were here for a soccer tournament so it was very relaxing to come back and enjoy the hot tub in the evening. Thanks again for a great weekend!

Magical Memphis Meadows

We loved our stay at Memphis Meadows. The house is very well furnished and stocked with quality items. Towels, linens and blankets are all top quality and plentiful. Genny and Paul were quick to respond to any questions or needs and are just very pleasant people. We even added an extra day because we enjoyed the property so much - quiet and relaxing retreat. I hope to stay there again if I am in the area.

Great retreat spot close to Collierville

I had family in town for a surprise party and needed somewhere for them to stay. This was a mix of perfect, perfectly close to the party location, perfectly close to Collierville/Germantown/Memphis, perfectly setup. Everyone enjoyed their stay and ranted about how they can’t wait to come back for the next family gathering. If you’re looking to stay close to Memphis but out of the city this is a great spot, you won’t regret your stay out here.
