”Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...

”Checked in with my wife the ac unit did not work it was about 80 degrees in our room and smelled like wet laundry asked to be moved to another room and staff sent a repair person to our room instead and he was there for about 30 min and didn’t get to fix the ac unit “this was at about 10pm after traveling since 4 am” we were forced to sleep in the room we were in until the next morning where we decided to check out and move to another hotel and that’s when the morning staff offered us a new room...

”Room was so cold I had to get a space heater even after complaining about it and given extra blankets. They only allow two bath towels per room so I had to buy bath towels from Target. Sink was slow to drain. The tub and shower both ran at the same time. No microwave or fridge in room. Most of the staff was okay except the young girl at the front desk who was extremely unprofessional and rude. Inexpensive hotel, but not worth the money you're saving. ”
