”Single room, multiple nights. As advertised except for aircon which is a fan not aircon. Neighbourhood is quite okay but there's absolutely nothing - not even shops - nearby. Nearest train station has a 24/7 freak and junkie show going on. :) If it weren't for the missing aircon, I'd recommend the place.”

”With this place, you really get what you pay for, the room was small, no windows, the walls looked like they needed to be repainted, the shower didn't seem to be cleaned in quite a while, the smoke alarms kept going off all night.. At least the bed was comfortable! I didnt really deal with staff, I called up to try and organise a late check in and I was rushed on the phone, "Yeah, you'll get an email. Okay??? Byeeeeee." No email... only for me to call up another 2 to 3 times until it finally got...

”Stayed here for two nights. The place is amazing, very beautiful surroundings and at a short distance to the Australia Zoo. The staff was very polite and helpful when planning the stay around the area. The lady in the reception knew very well what places are worth visiting! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very well cleaned!”

”I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do.”
